Verifiable Procurement Parameters
Published fixed values are separated from project variables. Fees, revision rounds and trade terms without a public universal value must be written into a traceable commercial quotation or sample order before work starts.
- Specification scope
- Sunscreen lotion/cream and body care; dosage form, net content, target feel and intended claims belong in the product brief
- Formulation approach
- Adapt a mature system or develop for target protection/feel; SPF, UVA or water-resistance claims require applicable testing
- Packaging options
- Tube or pump pack, closure, seal, carton and light-protection needs are verified with the actual bulk
- Published MOQ
- One full carton per SKU. See each product for units per carton. Full cartons of different SKUs may be combined. Stock is not assumed. From 5,000 units for each SKU, shade and fragrance separately. Shades and fragrances cannot be combined to reach the MOQ. Formula, packaging and final MOQ require a formal quotation. OEM/ODM: New formulas and packaging can be developed. Confirm SKU, formula and packaging minimums in the formal quotation.
- First-sample cycle
- Sample production: 10–15 working days after the sample plan is confirmed and sample payment is received, excluding shipping. The customer pays the sample fee and freight upfront.
- Sample fee
- The full sample fee is credited against the first bulk order for the same product that meets the agreed MOQ. Freight is excluded. Refunds, cancellations and revision rounds require separate written agreement.
- Revision rounds
- There is no universal number of free revisions. The sample quotation must state included rounds. Added shades, a changed formulation approach, a redefined brief or replacement packaging is handled as a change with a revised quotation and schedule.
- Refund & sample approval
- Refund, credit and cancellation terms must be written into the sample quotation or order; the website makes no unconditional refund promise. A version-controlled signed/sealed sample is the production reference and does not replace batch release or applicable testing.
- Testing & files
- INCI ingredient lists, corresponding product test reports and SDS can be coordinated. Verify the selected SKU, version and scope; these do not imply approval for every market.
- Production lead time
- Bulk production: 30–45 calendar days after sample approval, formula and packaging confirmation, and receipt of the deposit, excluding shipping. Special development, testing or changes require a revised schedule.
- Quotation validity period
- Each formal commercial quotation must state currency, tax boundary, expiry date and exclusions. The website does not impose one universal validity period; expiry, raw-material/exchange-rate/freight movement or a changed brief requires reconfirmation.
- Incoterms
- EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP can be assessed by project. There is no default term. The quotation must state the Incoterms version, rule, named place/port and responsibility for transport, insurance, customs and taxes.
- Applicable markets
- Sunscreen may follow different regulatory paths by market; confirm country, claims, responsible party and test method first
- Parameter evidence boundary
- Sample production: 10–15 working days after the sample plan is confirmed and sample payment is received, excluding shipping. The customer pays the sample fee and freight upfront. Bulk production: 30–45 calendar days after sample approval, formula and packaging confirmation, and receipt of the deposit, excluding shipping. Special development, testing or changes require a revised schedule.
